Report a problem
If you are experiencing an adverse event or think you may be experiencing one, please seek advice from a health professional as soon as possible. The adverse event should then be reported to the TGA.
Please do not call the TGA in an emergency. If you need urgent medical help call 000. If you have experienced an overdose or suspected poisoning, call the Poisons Information Centre, 24 hours a day on 13 11 26.
To report a problem with a medical device or a medicine, please use the online reporting forms.
Special Access Scheme (SAS) arrangements
Medical practitioners can supply goods to seriously ill patients without the approval of the TGA as long as the medical practitioner notifies the TGA within 28 days, using a Category A form.
If there is an urgent medical need for a patient to get access to a product under category B of the SAS, please write: 'URGENT: RESPONSE ASAP' on the SAS Category B application

Mail and freight delivery services
