Therapeutic Goods (Articles that are not Medical Devices) Order No. 2 of 2004
I, Terry Slater, delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Ageing for the purposes of subsection 41BD(3) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (the Act), make this Order to declare that the class of articles described below are not, for the purposes of the Act, medical devices.

Citation
- This Order may be cited as the Therapeutic Goods (Articles that are not Medical Devices) Order No. 2 of 2004.
Commencement
- This Order commences on the day it is published in the Gazette.
- For the purposes of subsection 41BD(3) of the Act, the following class of articles are declared not to be medical devices:
- "Topical applications intended to remove or neutralise chemical, biological or radiological agents used in chemical, biological or radiological warfare."
