Approval under section 42DF for use of restricted representations by The eComm Store t/a Harvey Norman Online
I, Leanne McCauley, Delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health, on receipt of an application from The eComm Store t/a Harvey Norman Online, have approved under section 42DF of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (the Act) the restricted representations described in paragraph (1) below for use in advertisements directed to consumers, for the product identified in paragraph (2), provided the condition identified in paragraph (3) is met:

- Revitive Osteoarthritis Knee Circulation Booster;
- Assist in the relief of symptoms of osteoarthritis of the knee using a drug-free medical device the Revitive Osteoarthritis Knee Circulation Booster;
- Using Dual Action technology, the Revitive Osteoarthritis Knee Circulation Booster may provide relief to address symptoms of osteoarthritis of the knee;
- With 99 intensity levels, the Osteoarthritis Knee Circulation Booster provides you with a wide range of options to suit your needs; and
- Not suitable for pregnant women, individuals suffering from or with symptoms of DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis), and individuals with electronic implants such as AICDs or pacemakers.
(2) Revitive Osteoarthritis Knee Circulation Booster (ARTG No. 283529)
(3) The representation set out at (1)(e) must appear whenever any one of, or any combination of, the restricted representations in paragraphs (1)(a) to (d) is used.
