Approval under section 42DF for use of restricted representations by Molnlycke Health Care Pty Ltd

I, Leanne McCauley, delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health, on receipt of an application from Molnlycke Health Care Pty Ltd, have approved under section 42DF of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (the Act) the restricted representations described in paragraph (A) below for use in advertisements directed to consumers, for the products identified in paragraph (B):

1.  
   • "For the management of eczema, psoriasis and other dry skin conditions"; or
   • "For the management of dry skin conditions, eczema and psoriasis".
2. Products marketed as 'Epaderm Ointment' and 'Epaderm Cream' under the following entries in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG):
   • Molnlycke Health Care Pty Ltd - Skin moisturizing/barrier dressing (ARTG 208327)
   • Molnlycke Health Care Pty Ltd - Skin moisturizing/barrier dressing (ARTG 181087)
