This web publication constitutes a notice for the purposes of regulation 42ZCZS of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990 (the Regulations). In accordance with regulations 42ZCZS, this notice publishes the:
- decisions made by a delegate of the Secretary pursuant to regulations 42ZCZR;
- reasons for those final decisions; and
- date of effect of those decisions.
Final decision in relation to cannabis and THCs
Note that the final decision for cannabis and tetrahydrocannabinols is not published in this notice. This decision has been delayed, pending further consultation with relevant stakeholders, and will be published following review of the consultation.
