To help manage the shortage of the Orencia (abatacept) 125 mg single dose syringe and the 125 mg ClickJect autoinjector for subcutaneous injection, we have made a Serious Scarcity Substitution Instrument (SSSI). The SSSI starts on 15 May 2024 and allows a pharmacist to substitute one product for the other if appropriate, without a new prescription from the prescriber.
