- Presentation summary: The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is embarking on a transformation program to change and improve the way we deliver services to our stakeholders.
We aim to transform the way the TGA serves its stakeholders in three key areas: Efficient processes, Connected data, Digital practices.
The TGA Transformation Stakeholder Engagement Forums specifically asked for feedback on three areas:- User experiences of using the TGA website, including what information or tools you are typically seeking, and how easy it is to find, understand and act on
- User experiences of searching the ARTG and the barriers and obstacles to achieving their objectives
- User experiences of interacting with the TGA, including current pain points and opportunities for improvement
