Recall: Space Saver Shower Stool RG554H2

FOR-DE Group is recalling the RG554H2 Space Saver Shower Stool due to potential for the seat section to crack.

SKU: RG554H2 – 4-Legged Shower Stool
Affected devices manufactured and distributed from 6 October 2022 to 12 December 2023.     
 

What is the problem?

When using the Shower Stool for an unspecified period of time there is potential for the seat section to crack which may cause the user to fall.   

This recall does not affect any other products in the Space Saver Range. 

What are the risks? 

Cracking/breaking of the seat section may cause: 

• pinching of the buttocks area 
• lacerations from the broken sections of the seat base
• user to fall from the device. 

What should I do?

You should:

• STOP using this product immediately
• contact the retailer you purchased the product from for a full refund
• remove the legs & handles from the unit
• dispose of the unit in general waste.
