Approval under section 42DF for use of a restricted representation bv SSL Australia Pty Ltd
I, Dr Jane Cook, Office Head, Office of Product Review, Therapeutic Goods Administration and delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health and Ageing, on receipt of an application by SSL Australia Pty Ltd, have approved under section 42DF of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, the restricted representation described in paragraph (a) below for use in advertisements directed to consumers, for the products identified in paragraph (b).
- representations to the effect that the goods described in paragraph (b) below may refer to: "Diabetic" when used in the phrase "Please SEEK ADVICE before using this product if you are Diabetic or have poor blood circulation as your foot condition may require treatment by a Healthcare Professional".
- SCHOLL Blister/Shield Products and Party Feet Blister Plasters [both with ARTG No 112882] and SCHOLL Com Plasters' [ARTG No 108658] supplied as medical devices by SSL Australia Pty Ltd.
