As part of our surveillance system, we receive reports of problems that could possibly be related to the use of a medicine or medical device. These are also called adverse events or side effects. These reports are used to detect unusual or unexpected patterns of adverse events.
We publish information from these reports on the DAEN: medicines and the DAEN: medical devices.
