This webinar is an introduction to the 2018 Advertising Code. We will be offering a masterclass on complying with the Code in 2019.
This webinar is aimed at helping you understand how to comply with the requirements of the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code 2018, which will replace the 2015 Code on 1 January 2019.
From 1 July 2018 the TGA became the single body responsible for handling complaints about the advertising of therapeutic goods. This was accompanied by changes to the advertising code and new sanctions and penalties that may apply to advertisers who breach the code. If you are advertising therapeutic goods, there are changes you need to know about in order to comply.
This webinar is suitable for product sponsors and their staff, including those working in advertising or marketing or those working in regulatory affairs roles.
