Approval under section 42DF for use of restricted representations by
Aero Health Aust Pty Ltd
I, Rowena Love, as a delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health and Aged Care, on receipt of an application from Aero Health Aust Pty Ltd, have approved under section 42DF of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, the restricted representations described in paragraph (A), for use in advertising the products identified in paragraph (B) to consumers.
(A)
- People with circulatory problems, such as peripheral arterial disease, should consult with a health professional before use.
- Do not use this device if you have impaired hot or cold sensory perception such as peripheral neuropathy.
(B)
- Aero Healthcare - Compress, cold pack (ARTG 159730); and
- Aero Healthcare - Compress, hot/cold pack, reusable (ARTG 236927).
