Approval under section 42DF for use of restricted representations by The eComm Store trading as Harvey Norman Online
I, Simon Waters, Delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health, on receipt of an application from The eComm Store trading as Harvey Norman Online, have approved under section 42DF(1) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (the Act) the restricted representations described in paragraph (a) below for use in advertisements directed to consumers, for the product identified in paragraph (b):
- Not suitable for pregnant women, individuals suffering from or with symptoms of DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis), and individuals with electronic implants such as AICDs or pacemakers.
- 'iTENS Analgesic TENS System' (ARTG No. 275749)
