Approval under section 42DF for use of restricted representations by Scholl’s Wellness Company Pty Ltd

I, Elizabeth Butt, as a delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health, on receipt of an application from Scholl’s Wellness Company Pty Ltd, have approved under section 42DF of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, the restricted representations described in paragraph (A), for use in advertising the product identified in paragraph (B) to consumers.

   • "Diabetes" and "Diabetic" when used solely in the context of the cautionary statement: "Please SEEK ADVICE before using this product if you are Diabetic as your foot condition may require treatment by a healthcare professional" accompanied by the alert box "Scholl and diabetes"
