Approval under section 42DF for use of restricted representations by Scholl's Wellness Company Pty Ltd

I, Elizabeth Butt, as a delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health, on receipt of an application from Scholl's Wellness Company Pty Ltd, have approved under section 42DF of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, the restricted representations described in paragraph (A), for use in advertising the products identified in paragraph (B) to consumers.

   • "Caution - Do not use if you have serious circulatory problems such as active arterial or venous disease. Consult a healthcare professional on the suitability of this product if you:
     • have any conditions or disease affecting your heart, veins, arteries, legs or feet
     • take any medication which could affect your circulatory system
     • have diabetes
     • are pregnant"
