Therapeutic Goods (Articles that are Not Medical Devices) Amendment (Vaping) Declaration 2023

This Declaration amends the Therapeutic Goods (Articles that are Not Medical Devices) Declaration 2023 to specify certain other therapeutic goods that are not medical devices for the purposes of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.
