Non-compliance with standard
People who have ever injected, or been injected with, any drug for a non-medical
reason can be accepted as blood donors following a deferral of 5 years from the
date of the last injection.
Conditions imposed
A minimum deferral period of 5 years is applied to blood donors who have ever
injected, or been injected with, any drug for a non-medical reason from the date
of the last injection.
