Indication(s)
Piperacillin/Tazobactam (UK) is indicated for the treatment of the following infections:
- Lower respiratory tract infections;
- Complicated Urinary tract infections;
- Intra-abdominal infections;
- Skin and skin structure infections;
- Bacterial septicaemia.
In hospitalised children aged 2 to 12 years, it is indicated for the treatment of serious intra-abdominal infections.
