Reason:	This recall is being conducted because the affected bottles have been mislabelled, i.e. bottles containing Greenridge Gastrocalm Liquid have been incorrectly labelled as Greenridge Triplex Liquid, and bottles containing Greenridge Triplex Liquid have been incorrectly labelled as Greenridge Gastrocalm Liquid.

Classification system:

Class I defects are potentially life-threatening or could cause a serious risk to health.

Class III defects may not pose a significant hazard to health, but withdrawal may be initiated for other reasons.
